You can revoke your contractual declaration within 14 days without giving reasons in text form (e.g. letter, fax, email or cancellation form) or - if the item is left to you before the deadline - by returning the item, as long as the goods are still in new condition and shows no signs of wear (scratches or similar signs of use). The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of recurring deliveries of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfillment of our information obligations in accordance with Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 paragraph 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as our obligations in accordance with Section 312g paragraph 1 sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from you choosing a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have) to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier. Customers from Austria and Germany do not bear any direct costs for returning the goods unless their order was under €40 - in this case the customers bear the costs of the return. The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance selling contracts:
